Company Setup

Bali1Stop provides a full service for any suitable type of company which would like to be set up by the investor:

  1. Local Business Ownership
    • Yayasan

    • Educational Foundation (need minimum 4 partnership)
    • Firma (FA)

    • Personal company (no need partner)
    • Usaha Dagang (UD)

    • Personal company (no need partner)
    • Commanditaire Vennootschap (CV)

    • Unlimited Liability Company with a minimum of two (2) Indonesian partners, (no shares involved, a partnership set-up).
    • Maatschap (PT)

    • Limited Liability Company, with a minimum of two (2) Indonesian shareholders.

      PT and CV Company are Indonesian shareholding/partnership companies which require a minimum of two Indonesian citizens to act as the shareholders/partners of the company. Indonesian law does not permit foreigners to hold licensing and/or shares in their name within a PT or CV company, therefore Indonesian name representation is required.
  2. Foreign Business Ownership
    • Foreign Capital Investment – PT. PMA Company

    • This type of Company set-up allows for foreign ownership and listing of foreign shareholding. Before this type of business can be licensed we must apply to the Ministry of Investment for approval to invest; this application entails an investment proposal outlining the capital, shareholders details, share division, company location, main line of business - intended company operations, possible/potential expansion, projections, staff outline, foreign workers etc.
